The founder,driving force,and Director of Compak is Graeme Clephane.

Graeme left a successful career with the New Zealand Post Office to become one of the early freelance cameramen when television first began in the 1960's, and was also involved as a commercial producer, and stringer cameraman on news, features, dramas, magazine-type, and many other programmes.
We've come a long way since the founding of the original company in the 1970's. Over the years we've produced an enormous number of commercial video's and sound recordings, including commercials on behalf of TVNZ, advertising agencies, and direct for the advertiser.
Compak has continued to evolve and adapt over the years, specially in the areas of research, development, and is innovative in the use and adaptation of new technologies.
We are also proud of our community involvement as well as the documentaries and features produced on our own behalf.
